Blade and Soul’s been getting way too much negative press lately with the only positive stuff coming out from the latest major updates. As a writer for this Blade and Soul column, I find it harder and harder to find a topic for the game with each passing day.
Most of the positive talk I see on reddit are simply about some silly thing that happened in their game or whatever fancy outfit they got for their characters. Everything else – just people angry with whatever with Blade and Soul. There are those relatively neutral discussions like a newbie’s inquiry if the game is worth downloading, asking what certain stats of items are, playing the Blade and Soul gold game and seeking advice to manipulate the market, and this very topic I’m writing about.
But other news are few and far between. Nothing too rare or truly unique has been going around in the Blade and Soul community and it’s kind of bothersome that that is the case.
Blade and Soul Gold: Still an Upside
Certainly, the game’s community isn’t at all like the massive powerhouse that is World of Warcraft, the olden, battle-hardened veterans of Final Fantasy, and nothing at all like the stylish players of EVE Online.
The one big positive I see about this game is that its community is loyal. They play as they see fit and rolls with whatever punches may come. Those that truly love the game aren’t just in it for PvP notoriety, amassing tons of Blade and Soul gold, or being the very greatest at PvE, but it’s just all about the game at its core. The love for the lore, art, combat, and everything else under this wuxia world’s sun.
There may not be much going on that’s so relevant or significant for Blade and Soul, but the community’s still up and about making noise about their most favored parts of the game. What about you?
